The second in a series of unreleased tracks...

Originally planned as an off-shoot of 2021's mildly successful Candy From Neighbors, the tracks on this EP came about during a period of experimentation when Mike Vincent (MZ's sole creative entity) was deeply involved in rewatching a number of strange and deeply unsettling suspense and horror films. Inspired by the sounds and soundtracks of 2014's It Follows, Vincent set out to find new avenues for MZ to travel down while still staying familiar to the project's core vision. Using not much more than a few drones, pedals, loops, and an electric kazoo, the tracks on this album, while maybe slower in pace and structure, take the listener down an unknown path of fear and unease unlike many of MZ's previous releases have before.
